Renting The Studio Is Easy

1. Choose how you want to rent
Book by the hour for $75/hour, or apply for a Creator or Pro Membership if you plan to use The Studio regularly.

2. Reserve your time
Hourly renters can book directly through the availability calendar above. Memberships require a quick application and approval before member booking access is provided.

3. Arrive 30 minutes early
Every reservation includes complimentary access to The Studio 30 minutes before your scheduled session for setup. Your client should arrive at the actual reservation start time.

4. Create + reset
Use the studio, sets, lighting, backdrops, and included amenities during your reservation. Cleanup and resetting the space must be completed before your scheduled rental time ends.

Good to Know

We want The Studio to stay beautiful, professional, and ready for every photographer who walks through the door. Here are a few things to know before booking:

• Professional use only. The Studio is intended for working photographers and content creators serving clients. First-time renters are subject to approval.

• Your rental time is your session time. Every reservation includes 30 minutes of complimentary access before your scheduled time for setup only. Clients should arrive no earlier than the start of your actual reservation.

• Cleanup is included in your rental time. Please leave enough time at the end of your session to reset the studio before your reservation ends.

• Everything has a home. Furniture, props, equipment, and sets may be moved as needed for your session unless otherwise marked, but everything must be returned to its designated location before leaving. Some larger pieces, including the couch, may have specific placement requirements that will be clearly marked in the studio.

• Treat the space like it’s your own. Renters are responsible for the studio, furnishings, props, backdrops, and equipment during their reservation. Damage beyond normal wear may result in additional charges.

• Paper backdrops are included for normal use. Please be mindful of unnecessary damage or waste. Excessive cutting, staining, tearing, or damage may result in an additional backdrop fee.

• The clawfoot tub is dry-use only. The tub may be used as part of your session setup, but it cannot be filled with water.

• No candles or open flames. Candles, sparklers, incense, or any other open flame are not permitted inside The Studio.

• Food and drinks should be kept away from sets, backdrops, equipment, and upholstered furniture. Renters are responsible for cleaning any spills or messes before leaving.

• Glitter, confetti, fake snow, smoke effects, or other difficult-to-clean materials require prior approval. Please ask before bringing anything that could leave residue or require additional cleanup.

• Pets require prior approval. Service animals are always permitted as required by law.

• Children must be supervised at all times. The Studio contains stairs, lighting equipment, furniture, and other items that can be hazardous when children are unattended.

• Keep the volume reasonable. A smart speaker will be available for music during your session. The maximum permitted volume will be noted on the device and must be respected.

• Only the renter and their scheduled clients/crew may use the space. Studio access and reservations may not be transferred or shared with another photographer without prior approval.

• Memberships are individual and non-transferable. Membership hours and discounted member rates belong to the approved member and cannot be shared, transferred, or resold.

• No smoking or vaping inside The Studio.

• Sessions must end on time. Your cleanup and reset must be completed before your reservation ends so the next renter receives the same experience you did. Additional charges may apply for time used beyond your reservation.

• Cancellations and rescheduling require approval. Please contact Leslie directly if you need to change your reservation. Cancellations or rescheduling within 48 hours are not permitted, except in cases of illness or other circumstances that can be discussed individually.

• A signed rental agreement is required. All renters must agree to The Studio’s complete rental policies before using the space.

• Leave it like you found it. Renters are not expected to deep-clean The Studio, but you are responsible for cleaning up after yourself, your clients, and your crew. All trash must be disposed of, personal items and anything brought into the studio must be removed, spills or messes must be cleaned up, and furniture, props, equipment, and sets must be returned to their designated locations. The Studio should be left ready for the next renter when you walk out the door.
